What this app is

EquiScheduler is a scheduling app for a horse business. It keeps owners, horses, appointments, and notes on the iPhone where the app is installed.

Information stored on the iPhone

The app stores the details you enter or pick: owner names and phone numbers, horse names and ages, appointment schedules, worked dates, comments, reminder text, and your settings. This information stays in the app on that iPhone. EquiScheduler does not run its own server for these records.

Photos, voice notes, and contacts

If you add a photo or a voice note to a comment, that file is saved in the app on the iPhone. If you pick an owner from your contacts, the app saves the name and phone number you selected. It does not upload your contact list.

Subscriptions

EquiScheduler Pro is billed by Apple. The app does not see or store your card number. Apple tells the app whether Pro is active so it can unlock unlimited horses and reports. You can cancel in iPhone Settings.

Backups

When you tap Backup now, the app makes one file of your schedules, horses, comments, settings, photos, and voice notes. You choose where that file goes, such as Files, Mail, or AirDrop. Restore replaces the information on the iPhone with the file you pick.

Notifications

Reminders for appointments and horse callbacks are scheduled on the iPhone. They are not sent through an outside notification service.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. The app does not show third-party ads, and it does not track you across other companies’ apps and websites.

How long it is kept

Information stays on the iPhone until you delete it in the app, delete the app, or replace it with a backup. Deleting the app removes the records stored in the app.
